WHAT I ATE FOR LUNCH IN A WEEK

10/11/20

Buttery Bacon Pasta – A simply indulgent and delicious classic in my home, Takes less than 10 minutes to whip up! Fry up some bacon bits, cook the ravioli and melt some butter to toss everything through. I usually top it with chilli flakes for a kick.

Chicken Salad – Easy and quick and healthy! We keep chicken tenders in the freezer to roast in the oven, they go perfect on some fresh iceberg lettuce, with parmesan and homemade croutons.

Pastrami Sandwich – An easy sandwich to whip up in the oven, just toast some slices, and bake with some swiss and pastrami for a minute. Yum.

Avo on Toast – They’re coming back into season which means great news for us avocado on toast lovers. Recently I’ve been loving sliced avocado with cream cheese topped with chilli flakes.
