WHAT I ATE FOR DINNER LAST WEEK (WARNING: NOT HEALTHY)
06/10/20
Needing some weeknight dinner inspiration or just like having a squizz at what other people eat? Here’s all the goss from my meals last week!
MONDAY
Spaghetti Bolognese – A classic that you can’t do wrong with, to make it better than your mums make sure you add in a bunch of herbs and spices and top with parmesan and chopped basil.

TUESDAY
Dumplings and Fried Rice – A quick delicious dinner in the Sharkey household, we use these epic freezer dumplings, pan fry them from frozen and make a quick fried rice with soy sauce and dried shallots. MUST be eaten with chopsticks for max flavour.

WEDNESDAY
Ravioli – Carbs much? The gourmet filled ravioli pasta in the deli section are my go-to quick easy dinners! Five minutes to prepare and under $10 for two servings including sauce! Not healthy but very very good for the soul.

THURSDAY
Pesto Orzo Pasta Salad – The easiest and lightest pasta salad, I usually add chicken, feta, basil and lemon pepper, but you can add any roast vegetables to this to fill it out!

FRIDAY
Sourdough and Dukka – Lucky last is the most unhealthy of the bunch but the most delicious. Being an adult is lame for the bills but great when you can just eat bread, oil and dukkah for dinner. Honestly if you’re never had dukkah before, please try it! Just dunk your break in olive oil, then in a dukkah mix and YUMMM.
