Sliced avo with crushed pistachio – works well with almonds, walnuts or pistachios and is an easy way to jazz up your classic avo on toast.

Smashed avo with boiled egg – packed with protein, bonus tip: drizzle with sriracha sauce if you dig a kick.
FRESH AND CREAMY
Smashed avo with feta mixed in with lemon pepper – feta is another classic topping, don’t sleep on the lemon pepper because it takes it to another level!
Smashed avo with taco seasoned pulled jackfruit – these toppings are epic on toast or in a taco!
Smashed avo with moroccan chickpeas – fry the chickpeas in moroccan seasoning and enjoy on your smashed avocado, perfect for a light lunch! I topped mine with feta and fresh basil for a hint of fancy.

Smashed avo with grated hash potato – grate a small potato and fry in olive oil until golden brown, serve on top of your smashed avo and voila! Perfect at brunch time topped with a poached egg.
Smashed avo with mango – if you haven’t tried this combination then try it ASAP, it’s a Mexican inspired combo which is so light and delicious.
